- Super low water pressure, like showering under a sink faucet. Told the front desk and after 2 engineers coming to look at it, said they fixed it, but it wasn’t - Also room was freezing, we put it on 78 to try and couldn’t get it any warmer, but staying at 62 degrees. “Engineers are working on it”. They did, then when I came back to my room, it was 80. Jesh! And then there was a clicking noise, which I again had to call the engineer for again. Then after they left, it went back down to 62 degrees. - Hotel restaurant – EVOQ, was not good. Service was very slow, and the crab mac’n’cheese was not good, and the fresh seafood seemed off as well as the coconut rice. - The roof top pool is great, and the service at that restaurant is great. The mahi mahi tacos were super yummy. The only downside of the pool is you are surrounded by other cement buildings, very little greenery. You could be anywhere, not specific to Saratoga. - The bedding was awesome, the duvets were super soft, and there were four pillows because everyone needs four pillows. - The front desk was very friendly and accommodating and did give us a credit on our portfolio.

The service was great! The location was also great w easy shuttle access to St. Armand’s Circle and the beach. The bars esp the rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent. Also the pool. Breakfast was great too. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed.

Far too often the booking price is not what you end up paying. There is a daily resort fee$22 along with a daily parking fee $45. And you are not allowed to park your own car; valet only. All in all it would have been much better to go to a VRBO home for the amount of money we paid for 4 day stay. Plus we could have brought our hypoallergenic dogs. Which we could have brought for an extra $200 a day. I will say the service was excellent, the food was good. The views outstanding.

I didn’t like the excessive add on charges especially the outrageous cost to park at the hotel. The hotel general staff were very friendly but the manager was insulting. I will not stay there again

Overall, a very good hotel. Super-helpful with an early check-in; great 19th-floor pool and bar/food service; comfy room with blackout drapes, quiet/efficient HVAC, and nice sound insulation; decent, fast room service. Only one downer on the staff/service front: The housekeeping service (which I only used three times in a week) was pretty lame. Frankly, it seemed rushed. Didn't see much evidence of vacuuming. Sweetener packets on the floor, grunge in the bathroom, sink not thoroughly cleaned, toilet not well brushed out. Worst of all for my mental health, the coffee service was uneven. Sometimes, no stirrers. Sometimes, three decafs and no cafs. Sometimes, all sugar and no artificial sweeteners. Do they have a list that they can simply tick off? If so, do they understand it? I tip service people VERY well, and I know their jobs are often not great, but the coffee service on the whole was more suitable for a 2.5-star hotel, not a 4-star.

There was a small shop in the hotel to purchase things, such as sandels, hats, small personal items etc. All of the staff except for the cleaning staff were professional and friendly. The cleaning staff needs training in the area of interaction with guests. I also thought it was very over priced for the level of luxury. The spa in the hotel was excellent!

We had a conference at this hotel. The food was INCREDIBLE. I slept very well. The shuttle driver was very kind and even got me to Lido Beach from a shopping area. I would stay here again and again.

Big Hotel Made intimate by warm Hospitality
Chris greeted us warmly upon our arrival. Our room was clean and the city view was lovely from the 17th floor. My favorite was the rain shower-sooo relaxing. The rooftop pool with restaurant and bar was lovely and picturesque. Heated lamps helped stave off the unusual chill. Marcia was delightful upon checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property close to all Sarasota has to offer. We were presenting at the Ritz and already live in the area, but wanted something close to the expo and enjoyable for the night before. We love the Westin because we can walk to nightlife and take the shuttle to St. Armands.

Tv not working entire stay. Received rebate after arguing. Rugs gross. Bathrooms old. Says they are dog-friendly but very difficult to figure out where to eat with the dogs. Checkin good. Breakfast good but expensive. Service fine. Valet good. Location good.
