"The whole place is great. Reception, restaurant, rooms, entry system (facial recognition so no need to carry card keys). Pool is very cool as well and fairly sized, gym a bit simple but does the job. Good location and breakfast is delicious. There’s a lovely lady who makes omelet and tapioca, she’s always happy, smiling, chatty and helpful, a superstar. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in São Paulo. "

"Nice hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. They gave me a free breakfast for my birthday. Restaurant and bar is open 24 hours which is great. Rooms are a bit small and lighting is a bit dim. For some reason the cleaning staff came in my room unexpectedly at 9am on new years morning when I was sleeping. "
