My favorite place to stay in sao paulo. Front desk employees are very helpful during the check-in. You will always find an English-speaking person if needed. Rolms are spacious, clean and well maintained.

Fairly happy with my stay, downside is outlets are not near the bed, had to come up with some idea to plug my CPAP machine and make it work. Toilets too close to the shower door, you really have to sit kinda sideways. Overall the staff really made up for it, I'd probably stay again if less than 3 days
