Terrible service. Hotel is run by a third party company called Charlie. They are horrible. Been here many times and always some kind of issue with the unit and no ones can ever solve it. Definitely do not recommend

The location is convenient, but the heavy traffic creates significant noise. Scheduling cleaning a day in advance was inconvenient, and the fixtures were of poor quality. The bathroom layout felt awkward and there was a slight sewer odor.

We have stayed here many times and every time we have some kind of issue. Ac rarely works, showers are always with some kind of issue. This was definitely the last time we stayed. And Charlie, the company who runs the place is just terrible. Customer service is all done online and they are very unhelpful

Foi minha terceira estadia no Paulista Suites by Charlie e acho que é um bom custo-benefício. A localização é muito boa, o atendimento na recepção é sempre simpática e os quartos são confortáveis. No entanto, os quartos já precisam de uma atualização: uma parede que passou por infiltração, ar condicionado que pinga... pequenos detalhes contornáveis que não diminuem o conforto, mas já mostram desgaste.
