"Solo traveler. I arrived super early planning on leaving my luggage, and I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me in a room right away. They were very close to the tram so I was able to easily commute back into the city center. I ate breakfast there one day and it was a nice buffet of some American and Italian offerings. Had dinner there my final night, which was perfect. Room was clean, AC cold and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!"

"This hotel was amazing! We liked the location (walkable to anything you want to do, get in a quiet area itself). No matter which room we stayed in, we would have found the hotel excellent, but they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite and we were blown away. Our room was huge, modern, comfortable, clean. The air conditioning worked great and the bed was luxurious. The best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, seriously. And the value was excellent! Staff were helpful too! The laundry room was nice to have also, as we travel through Italy we had a stop where we could do our laundry (free, they even provide the detergent!). We will recommend to anyone we know going to Florence. Cannot recommend enough!"
