When we got there, they gave us someone else's room. The first night, we kept waking up from the heat as the air conditioning could not keep up to the demand in that part of the hotel. They changed our room the next day instead of trying to fix it. When they moved our belongings, the threw out all of our refrigerated goods. When we gave them the bill, they paid it but were not happy that we replenished our water. The last room was much better, but the sink did not retain water well, so it leaked all over the floor. Most of the staff were nice. Others didn't care.

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Frühstück sehr dürftig (auch für Italien), an einem Tag war es mal okay, an zwei Tagen gab es fast nichts. Wenig Parkplätze, diese sehr eng.

L’hotel perfetto. Peccato che i mezzi a Prato terminano alle 20, quindi se una persona vuole andare in centro a cena non può perché non ci sono neanche i taxi. Colazione ottima .

Great staff , nice hotel, good parking and great breakfast although we are all still scared of Covid so no buffet. The air conditioning did not work in the room. It’s needs it. Very hot at night. I mentioned this to the staff

Nach Jahren ist dieses Hotel renovierungsbedürtig geworden. Leider mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, da im Badezimmer die Toilettenspülung kaputt und der Fußboden durch eindringendes Wasser ständig feucht war. Außerdem ist die Einrichtung richtig abgenutzt und zum Teil rostig. Auch das Betttuch war leider nicht sauber. Das Frühstück war auch ziemlich dezimiert. Es gibt viele Busreisen, die dieses Hotel als Untekunft gewählt haben. Das sieht man mit der Zeit. Enttäuschend! Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht.
