"Beautiful old style of a house. Located in Santa Teresa, a hill nearby Centro. Next to Sambodromo. The area ist nice and safe. The owner is a nice family, he and his wife run a good service . Room has to share the bathrooms, it is very clean so it is okay to share. The biggest room has aircondition and nice view. The buildung is old, the law protected from any changing. The owner has to ask for permission for any changing of the house. He is going to do more comfortable for this hotel."

"This was by far, the best accommodation we have had in Rio. The room was absolutely incredible. It was beyond clean, the service amazing, and the owners were so helpful and friendly. The views are spectacular and the breakfast was out of this world. When they heard I was vegan, they’ve even baked a vegan cake for me. I can only recommend this to anyone traveling to Rio."

"A pousada entrega a proposta. Tudo simples porém com muito carinho e cuidado. Cama, ar-condicionado e chuveiro muito bons. Café da manhã e piscina pequena) ótimos. Destaque para o atendimento dos anfitriões, Jaison, Cristina e, em especial, Beth que nos disponibilizou um "kit" café da manhã fora do horário pois fomos para a Maratona do RJ e saímos muito cedo do Residencial :) A localização é excelente no sentido de estarmos a poucos metros da agitação da Lapa (menos de 500metros da escadaria...

Um dos pontos altos foi, sem dúvida, o café da manhã: simples, mas preparado com muito carinho e sabor. Pães fresquinhos, frutas, café delicioso e aquele clima de casa que faz toda a diferença. É o tipo de lugar que te faz sentir bem desde o primeiro dia. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo para quem busca conforto, boa energia e uma ótima localização!"
