Our Beachside Villa on 30A is a short one minute walk to the gorgeous Seagrove Beach. Enjoy your stay at our updated family friendly first floor condo. Pet friendly! Just steps from the beautiful location of Seagrove Beach and nestled next to Eastern lake. Spend days on the beach with easy access back to the condo. Access to Beachside Villa amenities (2 pools/1 heated), tennis courts and shuffleboard. Unit includes two large bedrooms with King and Full beds and sofa sleeper.

Easy access to the beach

Despite the weather changes our family enjoyed our stay at this location. The beach was beautiful and less than a 5 minute walk. The home was perfect for our family of four.

Great location- beautiful beach!

My family enjoyed our stay over July 4th. The beach was gorgeous- the water was so calm and light blue and clear and the white sand beaches were incredible. Nicest beach in Florida by far. We saw fireworks from both directions, enjoyed local restaurants and had a great family vacation. However I do wish the living area in this unit was bigger. It’s small for a family of 4 adults. The host was very responsive and on top of things any time we reached out.

The property could use a little TLC. For me, an entrance door can say a lot about a home. The villa entrance door was filthy, and the dirt was not just a week of dust and sand. We were also disappointed in the outdoor patio. It was very dirty and not just sweep the concrete floor dirty. Take some time to clean the premises for an appealing look. As far as the inside of the villa, we felt the floor hadn't been cleaned for some time. As far as the overall area, the premises met our expectations, and we would visit the area again in the future.

Not as easy to get to the beach as we hoped

It was nice to be in an area that is near restaurants, coffee shops, and small shops. It was not too far from a Publix! The condo itself was on a nicely maintained property with friendly staff. It’s nice that it is dog friendly. The beds and couch in the condo could use updating, they’re not too comfy to sleep on. Unfortunately we were informed by locals and other guests that the boardwalk that is easily accessible from the condo that takes you to the beach now leads to private beach in which there is a hired guard who will call the cops on you. The beach that is not private is a walk down the street and a far distance to the actual water which makes it difficult for someone with any type of physical restriction such as sore joints, cardiac issues, etc. We always opted to go the public beach that is not a short walk and would require transportation. Luckily, the condo complex provides a golf cart shuttle during the day during certain times of the year. Charlotte was our favorite part of the stay!

Beach week

Overall, our stay was great! The location is close to the beach and perfect for a small group to get away at. The space was clean, though some dishes and cookware were dirty when pulled out. The condo didn't have any laundry detergent when we stayed and had limited paper products, which is something to consider. In the end, the stay was lovely, and I would stay again and recommend it to others as well.

The condo is perfect. Short walk to the beach. The problem is the private owners limiting the use of the beach. Yes, a shuttle is provided to the public area. You can walk to it as well. But we picked a place close to the beach to take those 300 steps and plop.

This place is in the perfect spot and the cutest little town. We felt so comfortable and relaxed during our stay and everything was so easy. The managers were just a text away! Will definitely be staying here again if we come back

The condo was very cute and clean! We loved how close it was located to the beach & the ease of accessing areas close by! Loved that there was an umbrella and chairs provided for the beach. Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable

Great Condo!!

The location to the beach is fantastic! This was a perfect condo for our family, 2 teens and 2 dogs. Finding a pet friendly condo isn’t easy, so we were so happy to find this one. Our kids also absolutely loved playing pickleball on the court. Very quiet and family friendly. Most definitely would stay here again.

Perfect for us and the dogs.

Having the beach right there was great. And no stairs down to the beach. The dog area is nice added touch. Also the golf cart service to the beach is nice on hot day.

Aside from the hurricane ruining the beach for us. This location was the best part of our little get away. Absolutely the cleanest place we've ever stayed at!! (we're very picky with cleanliness) Bethany is so nice and helpful!! Will definitely be staying again!

Best Stay Ever!

We had the absolute best stay! The location is perfectly located between two separate beach areas that we used and enjoyed. The pool was great when the waves got too big for the little ones. We had everything we needed at the condo to enjoy cooking together and movies at night. We will be back for sure.

Easy breezy

My family of 5 plus a dog had a wonderful getaway to the beach. The condo is small, but met our needs nicely. The kitchen is well stocked with basics. The beach is what we came for and it did not disappoint! The immediate access point is literally a minute's walk with 2 wash off points on the way back. The private beach for the villas isn't much further and has excellent sandbars for young and old alike. We also took advantage of the shuffleboard courts at the property.

Great location, easy walk or shuttle ride to the beach. Property felt larger than pictures, but probably best for 4 people or less. Would stay again!
