"I can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at Sugar Sands. It was super clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The best part of all, though, was the view and location. You look right out onto the beautiful ocean and simply walk down one flight of stairs from the back porch to get out to the beach. While still on 30A, this is a bit quieter and separated from all the chaos of the Seaside area. You will not regret renting this! I wish we could go back!"

The place was exactly as described, and had more than enough space for the four of us. The outdoor living space was lovely and the host was very responsive. "This condo was spacious and located within walking distance to all the admenties, beach, pool , shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towel but make sure you bring your own beach towels."

"This property is in a great location and comes with all the amenities needed for a trip to the beach. We came with 3 children under the age of 6 and had everything needed for fun and comfortable trip. Having all the beach items accessible was a major plus and also was nice to not have to travel with these items or purchase once there! "
