"We hosted our son’s graduation here and everything was perfect. The event staff was beyond helpful and set up a seamless and beautiful event. We had lots of family of all different ages and they were all very pleased with staying at the hotel. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and the amenities are also excellent. Highly highly recommend!!"

"We had one of 4 accessible rooms (king bed, pool view, elevator access to parking and pool and same level as lobby, breakfast room and ice/vending machines). The room itself was spacious, with dual sinks, walk-in shower with seat (there was a step to negotiate but also grab bars), plenty of room around the bed to move, and a separate sitting area with a microwave, small fridge and sink. There were two 60"+ TVs, one in the sleeping area and one in the sitting area. With the room layout, one person can comfortably sleep while others watch TV in the sitting area. There is also a patio with seating that looks over the pool & spa. It can be a bit active during the day, but is very quiet and lovely at night. The carpet is a bit older, but seemed clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were several pillows to choose from, with different " plumpness" levels. Overall, this was one of the best weekends I've spent in the area, and the Best Western staff and facility were a large contributor to that. I would highly recommend it for staying in the Five Cities/SLO area for business or relaxation."
