The villa with a large patio overlooking the sea has 2 independent bedrooms with bathroom, a kitchen and a barbecue area. Internally there is a staircase that leads to a private portion of the sea and accessible from the few adjacent villas. Available on site, upon reservation, two sup / kayaks, new, useful for exploring the coast of the protected nature reserve of Capo Zafferano. Beaches and lidos at a distance of 500m and the nearby city of Bagheria with all services. Enchanting and peaceful place.
