We chose this hotel because it is close to the bus station. To our surprise, we were informed that the room did not have a bathroom and in fact the bathroom was across the hall. This information was not in the room descriptions. How we were supposed to know what "private bathroom" means across the hall. We were shocked. Not worth for its price.

Great location
Nice place very close to everything. Check out the Ballarò market behind the Hoge for all types of food etc. the streets are walkable with a lot of restaurants nearby.

You couldn’t pay me to stay here again!
You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. The hotel made us feel like we were sleeping in a dirty hospital. Words can’t truly describe the smell. Urine and feces masked by the scent of nauseatingly strong incense. The neighborhood is bad with camp of homeless sleeping outside of the gates, piles of feces, and urine stained corners to greet you. The hotel makes you pay in full upon check in which should have been our first red flag. As soon as we saw the room, we tried to check out, but the people at the front desk left and there was no one to speak with (about 15:30). I sent them a message and received a response that the money for the remaining nights would be refunded, but I would need to wait for the staff to arrive at 8am for their breakfast. We stayed the night hoping that we could make the best of it, but the morning couldn’t come soon enough. It’s a few days after we left and my nose still burns from the smell. We spoke with the staff in the morning and were told that the owner will not refund the money. It was so bad that I just decided to leave and accept the loss of money. It felt unhealthy and unsafe to stay here. We are now happily booked at another hotel, and what a difference. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. There are so many better places.

I was in a disabled person room with blocked windows and panic hardware on the door. Very institutional and depressing. Shower drains into the washroom area and two towels were needed to stop the water flow. Just fix the flooring! Very small sign to show where hotel was. Area outside hotel very dirty
