Beautiful and spacious home located in Prospect Heights neighborhood. Relax at the outdoor bar with a beer or glass of wine and enjoy the afternoon sun. Centrally located in Santa Cruz, our location is only about 5-10min to the beach, and 5 mins to awesome hiking trails. DeLaveaga golf course is only minutes away.

There is a large yard in back perfect for lounging in the sun. Also a large comfy couch inside with a 54" big screen tv to watch your favorite movie on netflix.
