"Completed a Pacific Coast highway road trip with a family of five. Driving from San Francisco to San Diego, our family voted this as the number one stop! This was the best place to stay with the most comfortable and clean accommodations! The staff could not have been nicer and the facilities, all beautiful! Especially enjoyed sitting by the fire pit, the proximity to all of Santa Barbara‘s offerings, and breakfast! We hated to go after only one night! This is a gem!"

"My daughter and I stayed at the Avania Inn for 1 night due to college tours. The location is excellent! We walked to West Beach and the pier, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast is available, although we were told that there was none lol. When we checked in, she said, “there’s no breakfast, but we have fruit, waffles, yogurt, juice, pasties, and coffee”! That sounds like breakfast! We didn’t know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised by what was offered. We both enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!"

"The property is uniquely decorated. There is nice outdoor furniture on the deck. We were fortunate enough to get the room with a balcony with an ocean view. However, there is ample space on the deck to enjoy views of the ocean, wharf, and harbor. Breakfast was okay --continental. The staff was okay. There are not what I called well staffed. They have a chat feature for their contact, but it is not well attended in my opinion. The downside of the room was no coffee maker. There is a microwave that barely heats and a decent refrigerator. The downside of the property is the pool they say they have is actually in another building. The location is great, but it is rather noisy because of the traffic."
