" Heals our luggage on pre checkin. Girls were great however the fella that checked us in not so great. I had to return to the desk 3 Times didn’t explain the card system to us . One phone in room didn’t work to call the desk and air conditioner was off at 30c weather. We ordered dinner after a very long day. Chicken breast & Raisin Salad the chicken wasn’t even warm . My husbands chicken had bones in it and half was a drumstick. Mine was just cold. So my dinner consisted of a thin slice of Cucumber and a few leaves of spinach. Our waiter never can back to check on us at all after the food was delivered! We sat there for at least 1:2 hr and No one came back!!! Finally my husband had to leave for the bathroom and I stayed at the table trying to get someone’s attention at the Restaurant/Bar finally the gal clearing tables got someone else to come over. I explained, he took the plates and still I sat for 10 min and no one came to me at our table. I then walked past the Bar and told home I’m leaving and he said I wouldn’t be charged. Guess Not I didn’t get my dinner!! Breakfasts was outstanding!"

"Airport shuttle was convenient. Nice spacious room and bathroom. Only complaint is the really noisy people hanging out late outside - i realized the window was left slightly open so closed it but could still hear them. Someone was playing music late too, not sure if same people or not. Had early morning flight so did not appreciate the noise."
