We had an excellent time there. The staff was so friendly. The room was spacious and it would be cleaned every day, which was good. Overall, the stay was amazing.

Ok for a few days stay. Room felt it was a little like a prison cell. Very odd layout as my bathroom was outside of my room. Very clean though. Staff were lovely. Only cons were the poop pipe outside of the window so I could hear everytime someone flushed a toilet about their poop shooting down the pipe and the tv being in Spanish without any subtitles

Great location in my opinion. I was in La Rambla for 5 days and then here. A lot more quiet here. Bus routes are great. They bring you to many very important landmarks and metro stations. Neighborhood is awesome! Coffee shops, Mercat Galvany, parks and Diagonal street for shopping and strolling. This area is not full of tourists. We loved hanging out here.

Information was not clear regarding that it wasn’t really a hotel and instead it was a hostel. Also not clear that toilet was outside of the room. I didn’t stay and had to book a different hotel late that night. I’ve tried to get back my money because of this and no one at Expedia is able to help me with this. I’m tired of not having solutions with Expedia when a problem occurs. It’s really disappointing and will share my experience with all my networks and won’t be using your app anymore if I don’t get a solution shortly.

Fenster zum Häuserspalt

Große Enttäuschung, leider hatte unser Zimmer ein kleines Fenster zu einem Spalt zwischen zwei Häusern, in dem sich zu allem Überfluss auch noch Tauben eingenistet haben. Das eigene Badezimmer war leider durch die Rezeption zu erreichen. Keine Zahnputzbecher und nur ein Haken an der Wand für die Handtücher. Das Bad hatte leider keine Lüftung, sondern ebenfalls ein Fenster zum Häuserspalt. Personal sehr nett und alles recht sauber. Die vier Schlüssel, die man für den Aufenthalt benötigte waren etwas lästig, da man ja heute meistens mit einer Zahlen-Kombination auskommt.

This is a great place to stay. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help meet your every need. I had such a nice stay, and I really loved the big space of the room and bathroom even though it’s in a big international city.

Habitación horrible. Mobiliario viejo. Usado. Sucio. Sábanas con mancha. Es un hostal y estaba catalogado en la web como hotel. Destartalado y muy usado. Un precio muy alto para un establecimiento que no cumple con ningún tipo de parecido con un hotel. Cortinas sucias y malolientes.Solo estaba deseando de salir a la calle y olvidar la sensación de suciedad y viejo de esa pensión, u hostal no puedo catalogar el establecimiento de otra manera. Sin luces para leer en las mesillas pues faltaban enchufes. Horrible.

It's hostel

I thought it is hotel, because the name is "Petti Hotel". However, it was not a hotel, it was hostel. The room was so clean, but was so small. Also on the picture the restroom is with the room, but the restroom was separate that I should use a key for using it.
