"Very nice clean hotel and our room was recently renovated. The room was not big but cosy. Thé hotel is situated perfect and the staff is helpful and friendly. Our best recommendations , we wil be back."

Some staff came across as rude. while I understand not everyone may be comfortable speaking English, and probably it was a busy morning as well. But it’s not acceptable to speak about guests in another language, murmur behind them, or stare with visible frustration. Is this really the level of hospitality that this Marriott in Lyon aims to offer its guests? Was excited about the day to begin but this just happen to me at the restaurant. The day is just ruin. "
