Didn’t feel like the room was cleaned properly. Many hair in bathrooms and on the robes. Staff wasn’t welcoming nor very pleasant the second night. Staff were very friendly, room was extremely large so no complaints there. A bit more attention to housekeeping wouldn't go astray (cobwebs and dusty floors). Nearby Italian restaurant was amazing. Lovely place in a little corner of Lyon.
