"Room was clean, good quality beds, was able to borrow a fan from the front desk. Employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We don't speak Spanish so have had challenges in communicating at times, but they have always been able to help us understand and communicate with them."

"Staff is super friendly. Restaurant was good, food was delicious. Apartments don’t have the AC units so you need to open the balcony door for fresh air and you hear all traffic noises during the night. Sleeping was not very confortable due to the noise level :("

"The hotel was located walking distance from the Piedra El Peñol and a very short tuk tuk ride to the town center. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean and the multiple pools and facilities are fantastic. The restaurant food is also very good. The hotel is nonetheless located right on the main road and right next to a heliport and there is so much noise all day! We had trouble sleeping at night from all the cars driving by and honking (customary in Colombia) and were woken up before...
