The only problem we encountered was there was no hot water up on the 8th floor in the mornings and there was maintenance being done on the elevator and there were no notifications it was offline.

This hotel was very loud all night. When I reported the volume of the music it was raised even louder. The hotel is clean and the room is comfortable but it is not a place to get a good sleep. The staff was not really helpful. I will not stay here again

Excellent service, friendly staff that will help you find your way around. The room was always fresh and clean. A lovely view from the cozy loft where breakfast is served. Safe and center location, near shopping mall Los Molinos.
