This hotel is amazing all the stuff super helpful Manuela at front Desk and the rest of front desk agents was very cordial my two house keepers during my stay clean my room they was very friendly I highly recommend this property definitely when I go back to Medellin I will stay again on this property thank you very much all the staff.

The room i was assigned had obvious plumbing issues however inept staff placed me there. Upon checkin the bathroom was flooded. Later the shower was flooded with human waste caused by drainage issues.

Me dirijo a ustedes para expresar mi profunda preocupación y decepción por un incidente grave ocurrido durante mi reciente estadía en su establecimiento. El personal entregó una llave de mi habitación a una persona que no había sido autorizada por mí como huésped, permitiéndole el ingreso sin supervisión en múltiples ocasiones. Esto constituye una grave violación de la privacidad, la seguridad y la confianza. Al comunicar la situación a la administradora, su respuesta fue completamente desinteresada, sugiriendo simplemente que hiciera el check-out y recibiría un reembolso, sin reconocer la gravedad del hecho ni ofrecer ningún tipo de apoyo. Como resultado, me quedé sin alojamiento y me vi obligado a buscar otro hotel esa misma noche, quedando prácticamente en la calle debido a la negligencia del personal. El nivel de falta de consideración, ausencia de profesionalismo y desprecio por la seguridad básica que experimenté es inaceptable. Solicito una explicación formal sobre cómo se permitió que ocurriera esta situación I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding a disturbing incident that occurred during my recent stay at your property. Your staff gave a room key to an individual whom I had not confirmed as a guest, allowing them unsupervised access to my room on multiple occasions. This is a serious breach of privacy, safety, and trust. When I raised this issue with the manager, I was met with a dismissive response and told that I should check
