The property itself is beautiful—charming Venetian architecture, elegant interiors, and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet only steps from gorgeous canals, cafés, and some of the city’s best sights. Waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying breakfast by the canal felt straight out of a movie. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with classic Venetian style. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom spacious, and the views… absolutely stunning. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help—whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply greeting me with a smile. They made my experience feel personal and special. I left Venice already dreaming of my next visit, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. "If you want a cross between a Bed and Breakfast and a Hotel - then this is the right place for you. The staff were warm and friendly, the hotel was quite and calm, only 11 rooms !! The breakfast each morning was terrific, not what we in North America view as a breakfast, but it was terrific !! it was nice to go see Venice by day but then return to the peacefulness of Lido !! "

"Quiet island just across Venice. Close to a sandy beach and easy access to Venice and other islands. Rooftop bar was a good perk, we had aperitivo before going out to supper in Lido. We stayed in October and it was quieter than Venice but I can see that place booming in the summer months. "
