The room was lovely, the staff were fantastic, friendly and even gave some good tips on where to eat and what water buses to use to see places. And the position of the hotel made it so easy to get to and from the water bus terminal and the breakfast was very nice with the selection available. Would recommend to stay here if visiting venice as its nice and close by water bus to venice.

The location was excellent. Easy access to a short boat ride to St. Marks square. Beautiful view. Staff were sweet, professional and helpful (Francisco at desk and Eugeno in dining area). Breakfast was exquisite.

We love staying here. The location is perfect. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the WIFI is spotty to nonexistent. If you need to do any work or research online, this might not be the place for you.

Property was very nice. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Room was a good location and not bad for the size of it. Shower was tiny, tv didn’t work and it was super hot in the room. Those would be the only downfalls. The thermostat didn’t seem to work so we couldn’t cool it off at all.

Our stay was amazing! Big shoutout to Eugenio who was so helpful in showing us ways to navigate the city and also giving us suggestions of things to do during our stay. He was so personable and knowledgeable. He really went the extra mile for us but I feel like that’s probably just the way he is with everybody. His suggestion for the glass factory to visit in Murano was spot on! Our room was amazing and had an awesome view! Convenient to restaurants it was actually nice to be staying away from the main part of Venice.

We paid for an upgrade with a view when we arrived. The room we stayed in the AC did not work, so we had to open the windows. There was loud traffic getting off the water taxis every 20 minutes until about 3 am making it difficult to sleep. We changed rooms and it was better. The staff was polite and helpful.
