"The hotel was so close to St Marks Square, and the roof top bar and restaurant had the best view!
We had a delicious dinner right outside on the water, watching the gondolas ride by.

"This is a perfect spot to stay in Venice. Mere steps from the Grand Canal and St Marks but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. There is no elevator but the staff are happy to carry bags!"

"We had a good visit here. We came with vehicle and its very close to the ferry. We found easily parking close by on the street. The staff was very friendly. We stayed at the hotel in the garden. The room was large and clean with A/C. There was a sofa bed for our child. It was fairly quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection. Though it was very busy when you arrive late. The walk to the passenger ferries is about 15/20 minutes. Overall we had a great visit. "
