"Standard all inclusive, good variety of food items to choose from though some inconsistencies from day to day and they seemed to run out of a number of items each day. My room was kept spotless and housekeeping was pretty respectful of some afternoon work meetings I had to take and fridge restocked daily for which I greatly appreciated. I extended my trip by a day due to flight delays and had to downgrade my room due to full occupancy which was totally understandable but I was able to recheck in to my new room within an hour of checking out and they were even willing to let me sit on the beach while I started to wait out my first flight delay. "

"Wonderful staff, clean as can be, and a beautiful place with great ocean views. The breakfast is extensive with many made to order options. It's right in town on the waterfront, so not a quiet place. It's right in the middle of the action! Love it! "

"Staff is wonderful!! The room was clean. A/c great. Pool clean. Fun activities: volleyball, soccer, mini golf, Zumba, drum healing yoga!! So much to do if you have kids. Very peaceful. Drinks lovely. Dining options for all. We choose to level up for a better experience. Then you can reserve cabanas by sea or pool. We love this Meliá! Been coming for many years. Very safe. "

"Excellent service! Snorkeling was beautiful! Even more beautiful than the tours! Very clean! Food was great! Our flight was delayed and we had a nonrefundable reservation at the hotel, but they still moved our reservation up a day and made our stay very pleasant. Mrs Virginia (the reservation specialist) is wonderful! "
