Located in the railroad district, on the corner of two iconic streets, you'll find this charming 1920's bungalow. You will be welcomed with natural light, comfortable accommodations, beautiful décor & privacy. The full kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking essentials. Enjoy two outdoor areas with Adirondack chairs, a propane BBQ & bistro dining set. Downtown SLO is just a short walk & Edna Valley & Avila Beach are less than 15 minutes away. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!

This is an open studio-style floorplan- the space is comfortably set-up to accommodate 2 guests. If you have children or other guests who are comfortable sleeping on an air mattress- there is a queen sized available. Full sized refrigerator, gas stove and microwave for all your cooking needs.

There is off-street parking available in front of the Bungalow- also open street parking is available. Downtown is just a short walk. Uber and Lyft are also available.

The owners live in the main home and can be reached if needed. I am available 24/7 through the message center or by phone.

Safe, quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in the east railroad district near French Hospital. Quick 10-minute walk to downtown- thanks to the pedestrian bridge at the train tracks. 1 mile to Higuera St. Multiple restaurant options nearby. The coastal breeze flows through the neighborhood in the evenings and can be enjoyed on either of the outdoor patio areas.
