"Great deal. Pleasant place to stay. Loved the huge pool area and oversized spa (I thought it was the pool!). Friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome. Room on second floor was updated. Desk and chair. I liked the sliding door that opened to a railing (no balcony, but it was nice to open the door which had a screen, and get fresh air on this beautiful fall day and evening. Minor cons: Some repair needs noted outside, lack of landscaping in places, the ice machine was far away. I'll stay here again."

"**A Beautiful Stay Filled with Kindness, Comfort, and Compassion** My stay at the Courtyard in San Luis Obispo was truly a beautiful experience, one that I will always remember. I had a lovely, comfortable single room that was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and made getting around the area easy and convenient. This trip was especially meaningful to me because I came to San Luis Obispo to remember and honor my beloved spouse, Brandee, who is laid to rest at Los Osos Valley Cemetery. Returning to a place connected to such a deep loss brought a mixture of emotions, and grief is never an easy journey. Yet, during a time when my heart was heavy, I was met with kindness, helpfulness, and a sense of comfort that made the experience a little easier. The people I encountered were kind and helpful, and I truly appreciated the warmth and care I received throughout my stay. Sometimes, it is the little things—the kindness of strangers, a welcoming atmosphere, and the feeling that you are being treated with genuine care—that make the biggest difference. San Luis Obispo is such a beautiful area, with a peaceful charm that makes it hard to leave. I found myself appreciating not only the surroundings but also the moments of quiet reflection and the opportunity to honor someone I will love and miss forever. I am grateful for my stay at the Courtyard and for the kindness I experienced during such an emotional time in my life."
