This is a single/private vacation room for rent in a house. No house access. Room is blocked from rest of house and is private. Own entrance into room. Own bathroom in room. Small refrigerator, microwave, and kuerig in room. Queen-sized bed. TV and wireless in-room. Own entrance to front patio and firepit. Street-parking and room for bigger vehicles/trailers. Dogs allowed if friendly and are not to be left alone on property.. My dog has no access to guest area. One mile to Oceano Dunes and 2 miles to Pismo Beach. No access to main house. Motorcycles welcome. Business license 6004617.

Great little VRBO!

This little place was absolutely perfect for us and what we needed. It is small but still met all our needs. The hosts were amazing, and the bed was super comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

Warm, Cozy and Cute

Very well decorated; Cute and Cozy. We loved the floor heater. We come from Big Bear and sleep well at 60. The patio was awesome for enjoying our morning coffee.

Perfect!

The room is small but very comfortable and clean. Cute decor throughout with a wonderful, beautifully landscaped outdoor patio with a fire pit to enjoy the cool beachy evenings. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy nook with wonderful hospitality!

My boyfriend, dog and I had a lovely stay in this room! The room is charmingly furnished with thoughtful touches all around. Interacting with hosts was always pleasant, yet we felt like we had plenty of privacy. The bed comforter was SO COMFORTABLE, and we loved having the patio fire pit to use as well. Location is just a short drive from downtown Pismo (so fun!), Avila Dog Beach, a coffee shop, and lots of other local spots. We hope to come back!

Praise the Sun!

I love gardening and succulents, nothing prepared me for the patio in front of the room. The decorations and ambiance was such a beachy feel good kinda thing. Our dogs had fun and we sunk into the bed which was such quality and had a very well rested night. The dogs didn't even get up like they normally do, we all slept and woke up to a beautiful peaceful morning.

Comfortable for 2 people. My son loved the dogs and the cat. Dogs barked very loudly when we arrived; but were quiet at night (we didn't have direct contact with the pets; they were fenced in). We had almost everything we needed -- it would be handy if there were hooks for hanging clothes. We would come back again.
