"The restroom had brown stains and the room had crumbs on the floor. The balcony door would not close correctly. And the AC didn’t work "

"Food was great in the breakfast and dining room. Rooms are VERY spacious and lovely--couch isn't terribly comfortable but it was so nice to have one. Only issues were with the on site laundry (neither dryer was working) and there were no vending machines on wither floors 3 or 4 where my family was. (I wanted bottled water at night). Service was friendly and quick otherwise, and the location is fantastic. "
