"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided was excellent."

"Absolutely loved this was in the historic area. Walking with your luggage is necessary as there is no parking close to the entrance, but it doesn't matter, because the location is beautiful, the garden us beautiful, the facilities are very comfortable, the host was awesome and met us to take us to the front door and he was incredibly helpful. We will be back!!!!!"

"This was such a great find! We loved the experience of living in the heart of the old city, and found Colle to be charming, interesting, and not overrun by tourists. The home itself is lovely (it's got its quirks, like slightly iffy plumbing, but is clearly a beloved home with a charming personality), with wonderful views, comfortable spaces, and a kitchen that works fine for cooking at home if desired. "We stayed for 8 nights in this beautiful villa. This is our 4th trip in Italy renting a villa and this property exceeded our expectations. We are 3 couples in our 60’s touring Italy. The description and pictures are spot on. The furnishings, beds and bedding, kitchen appliances and utensils are all in excellent condition. Valentina & Gianni are wonderful hosts providing suggestions for great restaurants in the area and managing our dinner reservations. We had a minor issue with our rental car and Valentina guided us to body shop who fixed the issue within an hour We spent every morning swimming in the lovely pool a d every evening outdoors enjoying an after dinner cocktail. Outdoor furniture is perfect and the views are extraordinary. We had a really fun time in the pasta cooking class that Valentina organized at the property The villa is in an ideal location to visit the medieval hilltop villages. Do not hesitate to book this property. "
