Simone is a joyful host and amazingly friendly. We loved staying at his B&B. Breakfast was true family style with fellow lodgers and with excellent quality ingredients. Nice to have an indoor parking area along with close street parking, and we enjoyed the availability of the kitchen area in the evenings. We appreciated his flexibility regarding check in time. We would love to go back!

Host is very nice and always accommodated every request. Very glad that he has private parking since it would be very difficult to find street parking in the area. Probably the nicest budget accommodation that we have ever stayed in. Excellent breakfast included. Very nice bathroom also. Coin laundry about 4 blocks East of B&B.

Simone, was very helpful. His place is clean and in great access to everything in Tuscany. Highly recommend staying here. Not to mention the great dining options and beautiful community, but the best place to eat is just a minute away. Delicato

I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay! The host alone, the breakfast alone, and the room alone were all worth the price.... could be charging much more than we paid!! Our best breakfast so far on our 1 month trip and our host was exceptional!

Simoni was the perfect host. Authentic, warm and welcoming. He was very attentive and truly wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He made a wonderful Tuscan breakfast with fresh pastries he had picked up on the way over in the morning. Parking and Netflix were added bonuses. We loved the shower and my wife said it was the best shower she had after 2 weeks in Italy! He has a private patio for relaxing outside. Great location for exploring Tuscany.

The host with the most. We had an amazing and comfortable stay with Simone. He really took care of us like family. Including staying up for our late arrival, waking up earlier and preparing the most delicious and fresh breakfast. He is truly one of a kind and made our short stay a memorable one. Quando sono arrivato non ho trovato nessuno. Ho chiamato al cellulare e si è presentato un individuo che mi ha detto che non aveva la camera disponibile. Voleva rimediare mandandomi in un albergo ma la cosa mi ha talmente infastidito che sono venuto via. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA GENERALE.
