"Absolutely beautiful home! Would definitely book again. Our stay coincided with historic flooding in the area. The homeowner was very helpful with our questions and ensuring we felt safe. Kids loved the trampoline and adults enjoyed coffee and a view on the front porch! Fall colors were so pretty! Beds were very comfy. Easy access to downtown Durango and surrounding activities. "

"I know it’s not always helpful to say a place is perfect, but the cabin was perfect. The host was a great communicator. The cabin was spotless and very well equipped. 10 minutes from town, an easy drive. A couple of minutes from great burgers at James Ranch. Hope it was ok to eat the apples on the tree just outside the front door because we had several!The cabin is rustic on the outside and quite modern inside. Minimal tchotchkes but lots of electrical outlets and good WiFi. One of the nicest places we’ve found on VRBO. Highly recommended. "
