"We stayed 3nights and not even once did anyone came and asked if we needed water , beside the 2 (6ounce) bottle water we found in the room when we first arrived. Mind you it’s was me my husband and 3 kids. Also not even once did staff asked us if guidance from anything, like unless you go to them ..."

"Our bed was beside a wall of the elevator.. kept us awake all week long! Not good. Sliding doors in room were very hard to open. Outlet in bathroom kept breaking.. a 12 oz drink was $14+ breakfast was $22+ just eggs and HF .. pretty expensive"
