The Clift Royal Sonesta San Francisco
Decor was kinda funky and creepy, definitely gave weird vibes, long dim lightening hallways. My son said it gave cult vibes. There’s no valet, no direct parking lot (you have to use an outside parking lot down the street), no assistance with luggage. Room was clean & modernized.

Marines Memorial Club & Hotel
Historic building; rooms very nice. Small bathroom, but to be expected with the age. Top notch staff, excellent buffet breakfast, no complaints whatsoever about anything. Represents the Marine Corps ethos well.
