We had a jr suite and it was fantastic. Will stay here again if attending the Civic center or Orpheum. Check in and Check out is a breeze. No parking at the hotel.

For the price, it’s a decent hotel. Queen room is very small so if you have multiple suitcases, it could be an issue leaving them open on the floor.
