"Our go to stay when catching a flight at the SF airport. Have stayed at other locations near airport but decided this is the most comfy and has a great price, park, waterfront and near a good restaurant walkable front the hotel."

"Poor experience with the staff at reception. The staff were unwelcoming and not friendly. At checkout they charged me for breakfast for one of the days which we never had. Instead of reversing right away after checking with the restaurant they were arguing and told me they had to wait for their manager. ..."
