Staff were super nice and helpful. Rooms were very nice and spotless. Hotel was directly across from Cheaper Then Therapy which was awesome. Perfect spot to stay imo as pretty much anything you could wanna do in any direction is a short trip out and it's very close to a BART stop. Plenty of great places nearby to shop and grab food or drinks.

The property was very clean and had tons of old school character. Stayed one nite in San Francisco and would come back to spend 3-4 days. Very central to everything. The front desk employee Tai was extremely helpful and friendly.

A fantastic hotel is in a superb location. I'll be honest: I was nervous, since I got a very competitive room rate, but the property delivered. Great room, comfortable bed and I will definitely stay again - highly recommended.

Charming hotel. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very central location - walking distance to most things. Parking cost $39 (with tax) per day but was easy, safe and secure and a short walk back to the hotel (3minutes). Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and bed was comfy! Staff were very nice. We had a queen room, which was small, big closet, and the bathroom is tiny. I do wish they had coffee in the lobby until at least 11am. We enjoy Union Square, so the location is perfect. Not many hotels provide daily cleaning but they did! That’s a plus for sure.

No mini fridge, no microwave and tv does not have any apps like YouTube or Netflix. Room is very tiny and the window doesn’t have a street view. This place is okay if you only care to have a room to sleep. Staff are nice at the front desk.
