My stay was very comfortable. The staff is always accommodating. It always amazes me. The blank said go to to make sure that they exceed your expectations.

A good location & A great value!

The front desk staff was very helpful and assisted me at my arrival. I found the room to be cleaner and in better condition than many other hotels within the same price range. I would recommend staying here again to any of my friends from out of town who need a good location in the center of the city to rest for the night and still have a few bucks to afford a decent breakfast in the morning.

For the money and the location it's a great deal. Never had any issues, rooms clean, towels good and bedding basic but comfy.

It is centrally located and close to homeless area. Not necessarily unsafe, but busy area. On the upside, it’s close to restaurants and the Castro District. It’s convenient and close to public transportation.
