Room was very spacious with a microwave and fridge, which was a good aspect. However, most hotels also have a small coffee maker in the room. This hotel didn't have one. A good (great actually) amenity was having free parking available. The location is very convenient and walking around is a good option. Staff is friendly and the facility gives a good vibe of being safe. (Security cameras around)

Honestly not bad at all! As conveniently located as you can get for the nice price. Parking included which is SO NICE in SF. Couple homeless outside, but otherwise great.

There were cockroaches in the room, and it was very noisy. The parking lot was fine, but it smelled like urine. The staff was very friendly. They only cleaned one room in three days.

The area around the hotel is a little bit sketchy with high poverty and scenery that I would rather not encounter however, I still felt really safe and the urban playground right around the corner made it worthwhile as my kids really enjoyed it

My room was clean, clean sheets and pillow cases, shower was clean with good water pressure. Check in was quick, location was great, small grocery store was across street. I was so tired from my day’s activities that I slept all night.

Great budget hotel

For the price with parking included, this place is a great place if you need to stay in the area with a car. It doesn't have some amenities...like shampoo and condition, but the beds are fairly comfortable. Not the best obviously, but for this price range with parking, it's hard to beat.
