Die Zimmer sind sehr alt. Badezimmer URARLT. Das Personal nett, keinerlei Infrastruktur im Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist decentral. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, da Preis/Leistung nicht stimmt.

This hotel is walking distance to JapanTown, which was perfect for us. The front desk staff was always helpful and pleasant. I've stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

This property was like every other 1900 San Francisco remodeled building. Small rooms, tight elevators, and amenities from a different time. With all that mind however, the monarch hotel was a great stay for the price and location.

The guy that the front desk who I believe was the owner was extremely rude and condensing. We asked for blankets since the room was freezing and said they ran out of it.

The hotel was fine considering it's in the middle of the Tenderloin. Lots of homeless all around but the facility is fine. The heat in our first room didn't work but they quickly put us in another room with working heating. We had to jiggle some connectors and put the cable box on its side to make the TV work, but then it was fine. Room was basic but fine.

Really bad I went out come back at 4 am I can’t get back in to the hotel cus they locked the door and I had to prove myself for like long time with ID CARD ROOM I I DRESS REALLY GOOD SO BAD EXPERIENCE feel really bad spend money for bad moment

Underwhelming

The pictures are deceiving. As soon as we walked into the room we knew we couldn’t stay there. This hotel needs a serious makeover! The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, it’s too bad the rooms weren’t as nice as he was.

スタッフは笑顔で接してくれて、とても優しい。 駅やユニオンスクエアからは少し距離があるが、近くにHertz があるのでレンタカーするには便利。 夜はバー帰りの人達でうるさい界隈。危険ではないが浮浪者も多い。建物自体は古いしアメニティも無いが、ユニオンスクエアからこの距離でこの値段なら、、、と思える方にはありがたい存在です。
