Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower water pressure not great. I was preparing to take a shower and couldn’t find shampoo. After searching for a bit, I found the placard that stated “complimentary shampoo at the front desk”. Get dressed, down the elevator and to the front desk for shampoo. 😅😅😅😅. They also claim to have complimentary breakfast. It consisted of coffee pot and packets of oatmeal. Lastly, the two garbage cans in rear of property were full and overflowing for both the days we were there. It is obvious this place is trying to save money any way they can.

Clean and quiet, next to a large office building so there was plenty of parking. i got the feeling there were many permanent residents living there but not sure. Not a problem anyway. The area surrounding the place was pretty quiet as it was a weekend and most places were closed save a few restaurants that might be in walking distance. i would stay there again.

Mercedes (front desk) was super helpful, professional & friendly. Check in was a breeze. The location is quiet & there were plenty of parking spaces available. It’s also only a few minutes drive to hwy 101. I will definitely stay again at this property.

Great hotel with good service & parking!

We had to stay an extra night for tests unexpectedly and were trying to find a hotel at the last minute with a decent price and dog-friendly. The person working at the desk was so accommodating and helpful! There was lots of parking (not common in this area) and were able to get food delivery easily. Room was roomy and very clean. Highly Recommend!
