The hotel is pretty rundown, but also located in a very dirty and rough part of the city.

Parking, clean room, decent shower, sketchy area but this is san francisco. The only real issue is the atrocious smell of the hallway between the elevator and the room.

No issues

Sitting in an area of homelessness we didn't know what to expect but the hotel was clean, safe and friendly. The locals gave us no issues at all.

Surrounding area somewhat run-down. Hallway smelly and not terribly clean; room, however, was spacious and clean enough. Some staff very friendly, some less so. All in all though, good value for the price.

There were cockroaches in the room, and it was very noisy. The parking lot was fine, but it smelled like urine. The staff was very friendly. They only cleaned one room in three days.

The area around the hotel is a little bit sketchy with high poverty and scenery that I would rather not encounter however, I still felt really safe and the urban playground right around the corner made it worthwhile as my kids really enjoyed it

Loved the underground parking. Spartan rooms with good TV and tub-bathroom. Heavy smells around the area and near the elevator made me wanna leave swifty. Employees super nice and thorough 👍.
