"This was mine and my boyfriendā€™s first time staying at an all inclusive, and it was such a hit! The moment we arrived we were taken care of and everything was so smooth. Some highlights: - The room was large and the bed was very comfortable, and had a stocked mini fridge. Hot running shower and room service was good and fast. - staff were unbelievably helpful and so attentive everywhere on the property, especially at the many restaurants! - food: most of the food was delicious, our favorites were the Italian and Asian restaurants. Donā€™t listen to the haters on the food, we really were fed well! - no gimmicks: they didnā€™t really try to sell us on their memberships, and whilst there is premium tequila for optional purchase, I felt the alcohol at the included level was really good still. No need for premium purchases. - entertainment: whilst we personally didnā€™t need entertainment, they had some DJs play house music at the adults side and also had really good DJs at their on site club. They also threw a kickass World Cup feast and watch party for the Mexican team. They even gave us a bottle of Don Julio! Overall, we hope to be back here. We had such a nice time and weā€™re so happy with our stay!"
