"It was convenient to bus transportation. No 7 bus takes you right into Florence in about 20 minutes. Staff was always very nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants in close proximity, but you definitely need reservations for them. Very busy. It is a very safe and well taken care of facility. Fiesole is a bit hilly so just be aware of that. It is after all at the top of a hill above Florence. Overall a very good experience. "

"I came for a week from the US to visit my daughter who's studying in Florence for a semester. Her study abroad advisor recommended the Social Hub. The location was great - walking distance to her school (SRISA), SMN train station, etc. The coffeemaker in the room was a big plus for me; the hot water pot was a nice bonus. We had the buffet breakfast once - delicious. Room was clean. Property was lovely and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful -- called a taxi for me back to the airport which arrived in minutes."

"The minute I/we walked in, we were in awe. Very bright and well maintained.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The view into the garden was breathtaking.
The staff, were all genuinely friendly, thoughtful and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was perfect, and always plentiful. Endless cups of beverages. The bartenders, in the evening, were helpful to provide the relaxation that came in the favorite drink.
The location of Hotel Orto Dell Medici is conveniently out of heavy tourist traffic but close to attractions: San Marcos Museum, The Accademia Gallery - home of the statue of David, and more."
