Staff was very courteous. Room was not perfectly clean, there was some garbage from previous occupants found in room. The breakfast was not great, carbs crabs carbs. Ran out of boiled eggs, the 'yogurt' was not actually yogurt but some artificial product, ran out of syrup for waffles. The breakfast attendant was inattentive and I had to ask for more eggs syrup etc.

Had handicap accessible room. Shower water flowed onto floor of bathroom. Asked for more bath mats and towels to dry floor so as to not slip. Towels were given to us. Very poor design. When walking into room, smelled very musty. Bed was clean and comfy. For being a Wyndham, I expected better hotel.

This is an older, but nicely updated hotel. It is conveniently located to offer fast access to many of San Diego's main attractions: Balboa park, Old Town, Midway museum, Embarcadero, and the Gaslamp Quarter.

Advertised as a hotel- definitely a motel. Very clean. Friendly at the desk. Breakfast was non- existent at 9:00 am.

A bit run down but very quiet and comfortable

I was unsure about this place and became even more concerned when I saw how outdated and in poor condition the room was. The floor was incredibly creaky which made me worried about bothering other people or being bothered by others. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it ended up being at night and how comfortable the bed was. The staff were also very nice. I would stay here again.

The value is great, and I felt safe with the security on site as I don’t normally stay at hotels with exterior halls and room access. Staff friendly and kind, and handled my post midnight arrival with grace. My room and the amenities were clean, good variety at breakfast. My only suggestion would be a newer mattress as it was not the most comfortable but I was able to sleep.

The property was definitely one of the cleanest facilities I have seen in this price range, very comfortable and kept nice, I do wish the continental breakfast was a bit more satisfying as the selection was small and poor. Other than that, great stay and would recommend!
