"The hotel and room were beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. However, the location is quite far from the city, and there aren't many stores or amenities nearby. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation after just one night due to this inconvenience. Despite not using the facilities for the remaining days, the hotel has not issued a refund. I hope they reconsider and process the refund for the unused nights."

"We loved this property! Really I can't recommend this hotel more highly. While it was a little tricky to locate, it is worth the search. The staff, especially Israel were very kind, helpful and attentive. Each room has distinct artwork and personalized touches. Though the crystal chandeliers and bathtubs made my stay feel extra luxurious. The naughty cherib motif ran throughout the hotel and the views of the volcano from the roof were spectacular. We also enjoyed the roof top bar and deck....
