From the moment we arrived, every team member demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was at reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, or throughout the resort, we were always greeted with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. Beyond the exceptional service, the resort itself is simply stunning - it is beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and truly feels like heaven on earth (:"

"We had the loveliest stay at Explorar. The food, staff, beach, accommodations and building is incredible. The only feedback is to inquire guest preferences (smoking or non). We were given the only ocean front room with a partial balcony, and spent every single day out ok the balcony so that was unfortunate, but the kicker was that The smoking area was right below us. We are two very health conscious non-smokers, who religiously use the gym and take care of ourselves. It was too bad to have such a small balcony for people that used it and have to breath in heavy amounts of smoke almowt every use. Two unfortunate things that are very easily fixable imo. Just inquire to guests if they’re non-smoking and make sure their room is away from the designated smoking space. Otherwise absolutely amazing stay. Minn was incredible!"

"This is a lovely property with a great bunch of staff. Room was spacious and kept clean. It’s a bit further from fisherman’s village than I anticipated but exceptional we’re always happy to arrange a taxi for us . We ate lunch here twice and it was great, good quality and served with a smile."

"Superbe villa avec une vue imprenable de la terrasse et dans la piscine sur la mer. Jean-Luc a envoyé un van nous récupérer à Nathan Pier à notre arrivée en bateau. A notre arrivée à la villa, après quelques jours dans la jungle, c'était sympa de trouver le frigo garni avec diverses boissons et de quoi grignoter. Jean-Luc logeait au rdc de la villa et était donc disponible si besoin pour tout conseil pratique sans que celà ne nuise du tout à notre intimité. L'échange avec Whatsapp était très fluide. Une femme de ménage passait régulièrement pour tout laisser nickel. La villa est très bien située au nord de l'île là ou on trouve le plus d'activités à faire. Nous avions loué une auto car nous étions 5 et avons pu circuler sans problème sur l'île (attention toutefois à la conduite à gauche et la côté vraiment sévère pour rejoindre la villa...C'est le prix à payer pour bénéficier de la vue sublime).Au final une très belle semaine dans un cadre idyllique et avec un hôte vraiment sympa. Je ne peux que recommander à 100%."
