"Fantastic hotel and the main thing that makes me feel it’s fantastic is the staff, they remembered me from my last stay and any problem or concern I had they would help me and attend to me straight away! It’s the little things that matter and the customer service there is excellent! A special thank you to Ashok from the bell service, I hadn’t even got out of the taxi and he saw me and remembered me from my last stay there! On my stay it was a shame they had construction going on as it was quite noisy but when that will be finished it’s one of the best hotels in AUH! I will be back soon!
