The experience at Fairmont exceeded all our expectations! Hospitality was very good , the room was always clean and accessible! Also the service from the crew was very friendly make you feel like home the whole time ! From the entrance untill the front desk everyone is with a smile and try to help you at all times! The room was spotless. But its dated. We would like to have had more hooks to hang clothes for steam ironing. The staff in all areas were courteous and warm. Solved issues without delay. The beach and the pool area are lovely, but again some of the beach chairs and umbrellas are showing wear and tear. Food at breakfast was excellent and a great variety of choices.
