"There was a problem that became apparent when I realized I was overcharged because of a discrepancy between The price I booked with Expedia and the charge at the front desk person who overcharged what Expedia had booked. The young lady at the desk told me that I would have to call Expedia to resolve the problem. Unfortunately My wife and I ended up up spending our first hour and a half dealing with Expedia and waiting for them to get back to me regarding our reservation. That was after driving 9 hours that day. Expedia got back to us and told us they had our back on this problem. The next morning we checked out and the manager knew our name and greeted us with a good morning and an apology for how everything was handled with our reservation and made it right swiftly with our refund we were entitled to. He was very professional and kind at handling the situation and we were grateful for his effort. We would happily stay there again and found the hotel to be clean and comfortable and would definitely be back again at the Sure Stay in Salmon Arm. Our room also included a very nice breakfast with various choices and some good coffee. The sweet lady who was looking after the breakfast left us with a good memory of a good breakfast and her wonderful personality. Despite what happened at the beginning we drove away feeling great about the Sure Stay Best Western. Cheers"

"We spend a night at the sun peaks while on our drive to Vancouver but only wished we spent a few more days there as it was absolutely beautiful. Total ski town vibes and extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend staying a few nights at sun peaks hotel :) We will definitely be returning on our next road trip!"

"We absolutely loved this property for our vacation. We are an extended family of five adults, two teens and two kids. Lots of space to spread out. We loved the pool and hot tub and the kids loved the chickens and cows. Chris was very quick to respond to any of our concerns and having Les( the caretaker) around was helpful. The pictures online actually don’t do it justice. It’s much more beautiful. Definitely would stay again."
