Situated over two levels and is conveniently located with direct access to Korora Oval which is perfect for the kids to play and run around, also a short 240 metre stroll to the water’s edge of Bob Cairns Reserve or 350 metre walk to the shopping village which has a butcher, coffee shops, IGA grocery store and boutique shops.

The house features ducted air conditioning throughout, a spacious open plan lounge / dining area that flows out to the enclosed grass yard which is perfect for the children to play.

The property provides a SMART TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and dishwasher. The main bedroom is located on the downstairs level, this bedroom has a walk-in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, ceiling fan and second TV. The other three bedrooms are located on the second level, there is also the main bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet.

Also located downstairs is the internal laundry, the laundry is fitted out with a front loader washing machine and dryer and third toilet, there is also a clothesline outside.

There is enough room for a small boat to be parked in the driveway and a double garage with internal access available - the gas BBQ is also kept in the garage, making this easy to wheel out when you want to use this.
